The "Customer ID" is the identifier of a given company, customer of PVsyst (i.e. juridical entity, within a same country). The license right is paid only once by a given company, and allows it to order Activation Codes for any number of machines used within the same company and in the same country.

The "Customer ID" attributed to a company cannot be passed on to a third party. Your customer ID will be stated on our invoices, and should be mentioned on any further communications.

How to get a quote?

You have now the opportunity of obtaining a quotation online from our website. The prices in the quotation will be set only in Swiss Francs (CHF). However, we can issue the final invoice also in EUR, USD or GBP if necessary. In this case, the exchange rate will be set at the time of the establishment of the invoice.

I have problems for activating the program.

After entering the activation code, if this is not valid the program will stay in DEMO mode.
Please:

• Check every digit of your activation code (do not confuse letter "L" with number "1" or letter "I", or letter "o" with zero "0"). The best way is to use "Copy/Paste" to input the code from your e-mails.

• Check that you introduce the activation code corresponding to your local number. An activation code is closely related to a given local number. You cannot use an activation code established for another machine.

• The Local number or Activation code are not case-sensitive. You can take off the dashes "-".
